Then this 50 m² (538,20 ft²) cottage with a 25 m² (269,10 ft²) attic is just what you are looking for!  The ground floorThe house originally consisted only of a kitchen and a bedroom. It was extended in the 1970s with an additional bedroom. Now there is a 20 m² (215,28 ft²) living room, with lots of light thanks to the two windows and a fireplace housing the stove that heats the house. There is a small bedroom of 8.4 m² (90,41 ft²) next to the kitchen corner, a master bedroom of 10 m² (107,64 ft²) and a third bedroom of 7.5 m² (80,73 ft²) behind the living room. The supermarket and the village of Châteauneuf la Forêt with its beautiful swimming lake and its restaurants are about a 10-minute drive away, the supermarket in Magnac Bourg is just a bit further. The city centre of Limoges can be reached within half an hour and the shopping city of Brive-la-Gaillarde in about 45 minutes, as well as their international airports.
