The bathroom, consisting of a shower and a dry toilet, is in an extension on the outside. This is also where the owners have installed the washing machine.
The attic is accessed via a fairly steep staircase and consists of 2 rooms. The second room is accessed via a low opening. The steel roof dates from 2025. The basement is no longer accessible and is filled with stones.

The supermarket and the village of Châteauneuf la Forêt with its beautiful swimming lake and its restaurants are about a 10-minute drive away, the supermarket in Magnac Bourg is just a bit further. The city centre of Limoges can be reached within half an hour and the shopping city of Brive-la-Gaillarde in about 45 minutes, as well as their international airports.
