This house, set in a quiet location, is ideal for a first-time buyer or as a holiday home. The house Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, it comprises a 1st room of ca. 13’9”x13’6” with a fireplace and a sink, opening onto a 13’6”x10’9” living room. Access and amenities The house is set back over a small, quiet hamlet in the rural village of Sussac, in the county of Haute-Vienne, in the Millevaches en Limousin regional park, halfway (about 15 minutes) between the three tourist towns of Eymoutiers, Châteauneuf-la-Forêt in the Haute-Vienne and Chamberet in the Corrèze. The centre of Limoges is a 50-minute drive away. The surroundings are perfect for long walks or mountain bike rides. You can even take a hiking trail just a few steps from the front door!
