The house is accessed via a side staircase and a veranda on the east side. The living area comprises

- on the ground floor: veranda, living room, kitchen, spare bedroom, bathroom with WC. The kitchen is equipped with a beautiful Cormatin Classic cooking "piano" and a hood from Lacanche, a very well-known brand in France, and an old cooking counter with marquetry motifs covered with a Comblanchien stone top from an old bakery. Quality: the stone dwelling is in very good structural condition, with the framework, roof and zinc work in very good condition (the roof was redone in 2013). The windows are double-glazed. The cool courtyard and wooded garden are a very pleasant place to relax in summer.

Location : Collonge-la-Madeleine is a small rural commune of 42 inhabitants, 11 km from the medieval village of Nolay, its shops and services, and its market under the 14th-century grain market, 21 km from Autun and 30 km from Beaune.
