The house is built on a beautiful vaulted cellar, ideal for storing this famous wine. A workshop and an old kitchen to be restored and fitted out are also part of the ground floor.

An external staircase leads to an entrance which opens onto a kitchen followed by a small living room. An airlock opens onto a bathroom with WC, and a narrow staircase leads up to a mezzanine under the roof with a view of the vineyards to the east. Here you will find the first bedroom with a view of the vineyards to the west and the village.

The adjoining bedroom has an east-facing window looking out onto the courtyard and the vineyards.

A little further to the left, on the common path, you will find a very large space currently used as a parking lot by the owners.

Above, at vineyard level, is a 600 m² green space, currently used as a vegetable garden; the plot is registered under the Auxey-Duresses village appellation. This plot is just waiting for you to grace it with growing the famous Auxey-Duresses wine!
