Situated in the heart of the village of Cheilly-les-Maranges, the house is distinguished by its old-fashioned door with locks, rotating stamp, nameplate and brass handles, protected by a glass canopy.

Inside, the visitor is welcomed in a warm space composed on the right hand side of an open kitchen with a bar, and on the left hand side a living-dining room: on the street side, a large window brings in plenty of light, and on the opposite side, a porch leads to a tastefully furnished and decorated interior courtyard with high walls that will preserve the family's privacy, while remaining cool in summer.

A central corridor leads to a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub and sink and, at the far end, the boiler room / laundry room, which can also be accessed from the interior courtyard.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms facing the street, and a gym with a view of the interior courtyard. A shower room with sink and toilet completes the first floor.
