CHRISTMAS IN BURGUNDY
There’s no need to leave our beautiful region to enjoy the Christmas spirit – Burgundy has it all!

Burgundy: a true winter and Christmas wonderland

In Burgundy, winter, Christmas, and everything associated with them are celebrated with enthusiasm. Nearly every major city in the region has its own Christmas market, featuring chalets with mulled wine, stunning Christmas lights, and winter activities that immerse you in the festive atmosphere.

In Dijon, the regional capital, you’ll find the largest Christmas market. This year, it will stretch across the entire city and surprise you once again. In the streets, chalets offer handcrafted wooden puzzles, Provençal figurines, jewelry, slippers, and much more. Of course, there’s no shortage of delicious food: taste winter treats like churros, pancakes, waffles, mulled wine, and gingerbread. Don’t forget the 40-meter-high Ferris wheel and the 600m² ice rink in downtown Dijon.
